Its because this is what they do and so does all other sites that has almost the same TOS, unless you are using any fraudulent way to win then there wont be any KYC asked. So far I have withdraw $80 from betnomi, no KYC asked.

All three TOS from the three other sites also state that they either can/will always ask KYC even if you deposit in crypto but I can ensure you that they never ask for my KYC.

Okay, I guess this should be settled if they edit their previous post and state that KYC is necessary in case of fraud play. Im not sure what you guys are trying to achieve by bashing this over and over again.
