I say this is possible but unlikely. Both have never achieved anything and are clearly retarded.
However, lfc is retarded and has a poor command of English. I expect it is not his first language.

I doubt they are one and the same. Bitcointalk is hardly worth the effort of switching posting styles. I mean you can for a few posts then just get sloppy and cant be bothered.

I mean when I sometimes adjust to Indonesian or Italian or chinese output it is fine because the output is immediately unrecognisable by the confines and natural flow of each language. Variant forms of the same language especially if not your first language is more tedious.
You need to have a strong reason.
