I agree with you, escrow is important so that bounty hunters will feel safe because they will be paid when the campaign ends.
However, for me the problem lies in the price of tokens or coins, which always drops dramatically during distribution and is difficult to recover. Grin

Btw, most of the projects I have participated , still pay even though sometimes there are delays in distribution.
