quality time should be valued by you on more valueable activities . spend only time that are not that valueable in gambling . you cant be an expert if you dont spend much time in gambling but you dont also need to be an expert to be able to play . you can enjoy playing it the way you like but only dont expect too much but expect only based on the skill you have

Triggered means just after losing an odds I want to play again and its very natural to anyone. Everyone wants to win. Sometimes I can control myself. I am not an addict person because I am too much irregular that I can't give time within a week.
