You are not alone - I have been working with SwC Poker for quite a long time and I have been very thankful for what they did for our community - unfortunately though, communication has pretty much always been tough and for a weeks, I am not hearing back at all - while our last bitcointalk poker series winner is still waiting for his BIG BTC Ticket to get credited.
We believe both of these support tickets have now been taken care of and apologize for the delay. Support aims to resolve all tickets in a timely manner but there can be occasional delays with a high volume of support requests.
This! Please lower your cap at 50/100 and above! it is way too much rake with this btc run! you will lose a lot of player tho! thanks!
The team is currently working on adjustments to lower cash game rake caps. As the value of bitcoin changes we will continue to review and adjust the caps as needed to keep them in line.
