Audience : are you already famous ? or what u plan to do about ?
Capital : can you show us (potential costumers) the Money ?
Resources : did you have domain_name(s) , server(s) , software , right people to run your casino ?
Vision : there are thousands already working Casinos , what more you can offer to us ?

The OP is really not answering your question first, instead of before He gives the answer that you wanna know, there is some question that the OP wants to know and for us to know as well. And He has a point with his question. Why don't you answer his query first anyway? if you didn't answer that means you are hiding something, or you just want to collect money from the investors.
