Type 1 flag becomes active if the number of DT members supporting it is more than those opposing the flag
Type 2 and 3 flags become active if there are more than 3 DT members supporting as compared to those opposing the flags
It's important to note that although these flags are typically created and supported by DT members, it is still vital to do the same as an ordinary member because the function of DefaultTrust is (obviously) to act as a
default trust list and not a static or permanent solution for each individual member. Flags should act as a reminder to update your trust list and to continue to use the trust system on an individual basis, not necessarily as a collective which is open to security exploitation.
