Well, yeah tron is a good option but I will personally go with XRP because the same address can be used by the owner with different tags which makes it easier and the confirmations are instant as anyone who uses ripple knows about it. I actually wonder if such ideas (as OP was made in 2018) ever came into existence and become a reality.

Honestly if I could walk into a store and pay them via scamming QR code via ripple then really would buy a few extra items or if it is a coffee shop them maybe 2 cups extra.

i also use xrp but i didnt knew that you can use different tags on one address . by the way what is the use of that . if you can set up another ripple wallet you can still came up with an address and another new tag .

theres also an option for sending xrp without the need of tag and i havent seen an xrp wallet yet that have no tag on it . i better be not messing with those but i still love using xrp because of its less fee and instant transfers even if many people calling the coin a shitcoin :p .
