No... we can't say that for sure because IDENA economy rewards you for high score which is impossible to get validating 2 nodes. It's better to have 1 good node than 2 shitty with high risk of failing validation on one of them. Majority of people that i've spoke has 1 node per 1 person.

We will see after validation ceremony. From what i've seen this detected farm is far less than 700 nodes (more like 400-500) but it can be not the only one.
