We share a lot of features and although WP is modified with the things that differentiate us, I didn't think about the possible consequences of using some parts of crypto.com as a base, because many things are shared among many DeFi projects.
I do agree that many DeFi projects have similar features, but you went one step further, copying directly word for word from Crypto.com. Their explanations, charts, as I said before even text formatting is similar. In general, when you are verbatim copying, it has to be clearly visible that you took it from someone else, so you have to make distinction between something that you wrote and something that you copied. Just sharing links in the end is not enough, and you didn't even done that. Your team surely read Bitcoin whitepaper. Haven't  you noticed those reference links in the end?

You said  in your whitepaper that you studied several projects like YAM, Sushiswap and Compound, yet the one which you used heavily as basis of your whitepaper you never mentioned. Not even one word about that.

Regarding risk disclosure, that's another thing you copied word for word from crypto.com. I usually don't mention that because those things  tend to be very similar to each other but what baffles me is that you are mentioning legal company "Ferrer-bonsoms & Sanjurjo Abogados" as part of your legal team. Why didn't you consult them regarding all this? You could at least ask them to write you that part, as that's what legal companies are for, among other things.

With respect to the countries, they are exactly the same, because they are the ones that the European laws oblige us to not sale.
Can you please share those laws ? It won't change much really as you probably wouldn't mentioned them if they weren't part of Crypto.com whitepaper, but I would like to have that for the future reference when I come across European based DeFi that is conducting sale.

Thing is, we are overrun with DeFi projects similar to yours, where they just copy each others without adding anything new, just wanting to participate in this hype. Other than your project not being anonymous, I doesn't seem any different than dozens of those on this list DeFi-Scams - Big All-In-One-Thread - LAST UPDATE: 17/11/2020. More than half of them are guilty of exactly same thing, plagiarism.
