Nothing new. As long as there is money involved, scammers will try to scam those newbie investors.
The problem is some of the investors are ignorant. They don't try to learn first before investing.

You can say to the scammers that they are losers but also take note that scammers will not be successful if the investors are just knowledgeable enough to know which projects are scam and which are not. It is the fault of the investors too.
