That just like i thought too, but AceDBets's team has explained the reason why the withdrawal was pending around 2 weeks

After they have checked all accounts during that 2 weeks, we didn't see any complain from people about their pending withdrawal again (i'm not defending them, but just talking based on fact i've seen)
