Thank you, it seems not only the Atomic wallet has not finished the upgrade yet, there is also a HitBtc exchange I tried to get the ADA address from there to do the transfer but it gave me a message that it is not currently available due to maintenance.
Now my coins are stuck in the wallet and I cannot convert to another Coin or send to another exchange, I hope the wait is not long.

I don't like HitBTC exchange because they are too lazy to update the projects on their exchange and their high fees too.
If there's not much price difference between hitbtc and binance then I would suggest you sell ADA you got on hitbtc and buy from binance.
cordano price is going up but still and too much low from its all time high price value
and about the exchange HitBtc is not my fav but binance is greatest exchange in the crypto world right now for me
i suggest you that you should wait for the update and do nothing and you can contact with HitBtc exchage admins they could guide you to the better way.
