you could buy them at slush's pool iirc. they were not really that profitable, they were more for fun and learning. i remember having several plugged into a usb hub running -ck's cgminer back then. still have a couple.

one of those was about equal to my ATI HD6870, something like 300 mh/s. but at like 2 watts instead of 150ish watts.
