When bitcoin dump, you know what would happen to altcoins.

It is true. for now, price development has stalled as bitcoin price has fallen considerably. however, I think that the price will recover in the near future.
I didn't think that the alt season would be present this year, but until now the majority of altcoin prices have recovered. I'm pretty sure the altcoin price hike will start happening in 2021.

Definitely altcoins season is possible, however, it will not just come as easy as we expect it, though bitcoin is already bullish but most altcoins are still struggling, other big altcoins have significant increase but still not enough to say it would really create a new ATH, the action relies on bitcoin movement which now still struggling to break a new ATH, if it will break, then we might have a bullish discussion here.
