For the second ODI also, India have gone with the same bowling lineup. And this time, they seems to have got a good start. Both Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami are bowling with good line and length.
I agree with you on the second part of your post. Nowadays we expect the bowlers to chip in with the bat as well. As we saw during the last match, Navdeep Saini and Mohammed Shami made noticeable contributions with the bat. But then we can't expect genuine tail enders such as Bumrah to do the same.
I think they did okay sticking with the same team and Virat is creating new record on losing toss. Yeah they both are bowling good but Aussie targeting Saini strategically and one thing i noticed that India making habit of not picking up any wickets during the Power play, although they were bit unlucky today.
Australia heading toward big score again.
Both the openers are still on the pitch and David Warner is on destruction mode. They will surely put on a big score today which India will struggle to reach. I guess the spinners were introduced only to reduced the run rate as they are unable to get anything out of the wicket. It is still very early to comment as only the first 20 overs have been bowled. A lot of game still remains but looking at the beginning of the match Australia are dominating it.
