Suggestion: change this, it can be gamed! The only way to win $50 is by voting on a certain candidate, or waiting until the right moment. If I'd want to vote now, I'd have to vote BlackHatCointer for any chance to win.

Agree, every human experience is invaluable and еveryone who took part in that interview tried to pass it on and did it pretty well. I have read each and every one of interviews with interest and I find it hard to choose the best. Your suggestion to use "Bitcoin block" for selection the winners is seems to be the best approach to find those who get rewards.
