It adds value in that they are allowed to post anything they want to bump/advertise their service. So the value is whatever they deem relevant enough to generate traffic for matches on site. When there are new promotions or bonus's available they will also be announced at the same time.
Not everything can come with a risk-free bet or free money but when they are available they will be announced in the same fashion so keep an eye out.

Hey haven't forgotten about you. They are currently busy upgrading the website amongst other things so this is still on the list.
