All of our transactions are processed through coinpayments.net we are unable to provide you with a signed message due to the insecure nature of possibly exposing private keys.
?? I'm not technical enough for that. Try sending a small amount to another address that you can sign a message from.
Why would your development team need to assist with transactions that are supposed to be instant?
Sorry about that, If you post a signed message you run the risk of exposing your private keys to your account, that's why this method is an outdated security measure. We cannot send a small amount just to settle your nerves, we have a fully fledge support system so that if at any time you feel uncomfortable with the transaction you can cancel and reverse it.
Any transaction on the blockchain is not instant we are here to make sure the transaction follows through.
If you can use the funds to send to your client then you should be able to also sign a message. Right?
The reserve mentioned in the website is in different cryptocurrencies, i think you are able to prove ownership of those funds. It's not about settling the nerves of anybody but no one knows you here nor about your team, how should believe that what you say is true? A professional team should be able at least to sign a message .
One of our addresses for reserves is 1FYMZEHnszCHKTBdFZ2DLrUuk3dGwYKQxh you can see there is sufficient bitcoin in this address to handle your request.
Interesting address... I'd advise others to look for this address in both this forum and google
[you'll find interesting stuff on pages other than the first page results].
