Exactly, Bitcoin is bitcoin because it allows us to make a peer to peer transaction without any third party. People and institutions will not choose to in this technology if not because of its real purpose. In this very moment, bitcoin is more viewed as an asset than what it truly is. People are now realizing the great potential of bitcoin and starting to accumulate more of it. Bitcoin today is not used as what it is supposed to be instead we are on the stage where people are trying to gain and accumulate more of it.
