Until now the good ico is still around, but very hard to find. Looking for a good ico like we look for a diamond, it took us a long time to find it. Cryptocurrency is not just about ico, there are many other ways to get money, As you say, For now investing in bitcoin or altcoin is safer than investing in ico.

I don't really see a good ICO now to be honest, but since according to you it's hard to find, that means the chance of success is very low, therefore as an investor, I would rather stay away from ICO and instead invest on coins that have already stayed for a while in the market, expect for bitcoin of course.

ICO though still here is done, we should not be reviving this because people will certainly not gonna support it.
