Getting the actual lambo will be a complex situation for the winner.
So yes, probably those past 3 winners just took the cash equivalent.
The last one just spent about 0.4BTC to get the grand prize of about 15.27BTC, very lucky one.
Still using freebitco but not lucky with my betting in sports.

Getting the lambo instead of bitcoin wouldn't make much sense, just think of all the procedures and everything that would be necessary to get the lambo to your home.
Taking bitcoin is far easier and plus you get an asset that increases in value ad the lambo would only depreciate.
