Mods are paid, but that's besides the point. Finding people that can be trusted with mod powers is always a challenge.

We are a great amount of people that love crypto that got much sparetime to do such things.
A challenge? Sure, but it must be done, start of with some mod powers, give more responsibility over time.
I've been moderator for many bigger forums with thousands (9000+) of members writing on them, but I never had any "reputation" when I started, I was tryed out and it worked
