Wow, that's the shortest news article I've ever seen... something is off. And I can't find any more information, weird. Oh, BTW, 17 isn't half of the states, that would be 25. But it really depends on what those 17 states are, which the story doesn't mention.

It's nice to see you at least trying to understand what is actually going on.

This link explains the merits of the case and links to the court plea. Responses from the four states are due today at 3pm. IMHO this is a well formed set of arguments that the SCOTUS can act on.
