Thanks man your post helped me a lot. I just made the claim and hope for the best. It took me about 2 hours to compile the list of information required and I hope it will be enough. I made stupid mistake and locked my account by entering wrong username a few times, so I had to make the ticket, but I hope customer service will resolve that soon.
