Im not sure what decision will be taken but for now this is the best decision that they could have taken.
He won the prize fair and square, no doubt about that, but as he not answers back to support, they can't wait forever. It is like when you participate in the lottery and win a big prize,
if you don't claim it after 1 year (speaking for the Belgium lottery) than this prize is added to the prizepool again. That also seems fair to me.Waiting 1 year may be the right decision for a national lottery, but I'm afraid online gambling sites can't afford waiting for so long. Imo, it should be stated in Terms and Conditions, and I expect 3-4 months max before the unclaimed prize goes to another player or goes to another round of the lottery as an additional prize.
