I could create a full scam accusation report with all the evidence and then use its link as a reference to create a type 1 flag before guests or newbies get scammed.

It seems that you are just a bored bum, who has nothing to do, without the slightest proof - blames people. By the way, I can tell you that false accusations are a criminal offense in many countries, and if I were you, I would be more careful in a statements.
