Up until inauguration day Trump like it or not is still the POTUS at noon on inauguration day President elect Biden and Vice President Elect Harris will be sworn in at which point Trump becomes an ordinary citizen - one of the few in the US who have an "Honorific" in this case "Mr. President". Although people call him Mr. President after noon on inauguration day, The Don is just another Joe out of a job.

Once Biden is sworn in Trump can be politely asked to leave any Government property (including the White House) and if he refuses, he can be arrested for trespass and force-ably removed.

I think Trump will leave peacefully at noon and go down in history like Nixon did with either a two finger salute, or more likely for the first time in his presidency act the statesman he should have been, than the staff, salute the guards and get on Marine One and be flown to the airport where he'll get on one of his "Trump" logo aircraft and fly to Florida to play golf the same afternoon.

I'm not sure why any gambling sites would still be holding onto wagers for the presidency - in four years' time there should a a proper disclosure on which day they will pay out so that it is much clearer when and what circumstances the win occurs.

Not sure where I heard the numbers were identical, if Biden got two more votes then that's just another slap-down for Trump by Biden/Harris.
