Its a good thing to dream high yet it would be hard to reach if you yourself doesn't have enough pillars to support your reputation. You cannot just anonymously hire a team to work with you when you cannot even provide any proof of your past success in this field of business nor create and start a business at all. Start in small first dude, like doing blogs/vlogs related to crypto, or establish physical businesses and make it grow.

Overall, you can dream high but be knowledgeable first. Reaching success isn't that easy, you must climb a thousand ladders and mountains before you get there
