I skimmed over your post history, and in the last six month or so you wrote 4 (four) posts that weren't bounty reports so of course it may feel like a lottery to you, but as long as you keep writing useless posts (and bounty reports are completely useless) you won't get any merit.As an encouragement you might wanna check this thread The future of Bitcointalk: Low Ranking Top Merit earners in the past 30 days. Plenty of low ranking members there that have no issues when it comes to merit.
I don’t think there is a brave person who would appreciate his helpful awards reports. But I'm brave enough to find violations in his message history. Looking at its history reveals the old story of ban evasion again.
