changing the coins we want to invest in is very good, focusing on one coin alone will not bring you more profit. Just imagine if you have been profitable from HODL Bitcoin for this year then you sell your OIN then buy ETH (example) then ETH is bullish and touches ATH, you've made a good decision..

Thad depends actually, if the altcoins you're holding on is some shitty altcoin with no future prospect whatsoever then it's better to just exchange it to more prospective higher market cap coins which usually guarantee that there's gonna be good things happening simlpy because if the bearish market happens, these major alts will have a high chance to be the least affected
