in my windows 10, although gminer is already in exceptions in the antivirus, it still has those errors. i disable the antivirus and then gminer worked and then i enabled the antivirus-still gminer is working.

just keep looking for the solution on your windows. gminer has the only fix hash rate issue for now so....keep trying
