And unregistered as well, pretty much similar in xrp case, can do all sort of market manipulation, even attack old eth with a few 'shares' in low percentage range , way below a 51 or 30% attack on usual PoW set up and mount their eth2.0 security on top / killing eth again, but most likely want to keep ticker, brand, ... like in etc case.
