Feels bad man. You shouldn't ask the forum for trading advice as nobody can predict the future. It depends on your prediction really about the lawsuit, if they manage to get away with paying fines, the price will return to normal. However, if the US treats it like the liberty reserve, the value will go down to literally zero.

And what is more interesting is it (unregistered security thing) can be applied to ICO/IEOs as well.
