This looks like pure scam, at least the best they could do is provide you with information as to why they disabled you from making a withdrawal. Blocking or not responding to you only removes doubt about their shady scheme.

As it turned out later, the problems with the withdrawal on this exchange began a long time ago - they reset their balances by taking coins for themselves that are removed from the exchange. My mistake is that I brought a large amount for me to this exchange, which I should have looked for information about first. I realize that it is my own fault for not reading the reviews about this exchanger before depositing funds. It is necessary that people know that altmarkets is a scam! and were not deceived like me and many others. Therefore, I urge you not to deposit money there, but if someone already has a deposit there, then withdraw it as quickly as possible, if, of course, you are allowed to do so. Be careful when choosing exchanger.
