I can't.
With too many activities that I have from day to day and things have to be done through the new normal, getting enough sleep is my struggle. But I know that someday, I'll get enough of it.
Thanks for the reminder about going to gym or exercising. This will make my body tired and sure to give me good sleep, nice idea.
It's my pleasure and I also wish that you will overcame your depression.
A little by little, I'm dealing with it and maybe in the next days or weeks or months, I've totally overcome it.
But for now, I know how to handle it on my own and luckily that it didn't have to go through a lot and make myself put into a bad situation because of its difficulty dealing with it.
