Seems they eventually solved the issue and the user got his/her fund back. So you should contact them from the various official social platform. We can't do anything against them since the fund already on their hand, we may ask them via PM if they have an official account on the forum.

My one is different. I wanted to withdraw, but they kept my account locked last 1 month. I have created many tickets, eventually all was closed and nowadays they even do not respond on my tickets. 11.63 ETH currently equivalent to $14,231.00
