I do agree that things need to be updated, changed, adjusted, and there are people who are OWED REFUNDS and that should be a priority right now. But there is a reason that there are a bunch of loyal long-time players and that is because SWC makes things right. I expect them to address the refunds that are owed, fix the chat bans that shouldn't have happened, and move forward... and maybe even someday start addressing rake concerns
