That's just a typical result of the specific blockexplorer that you've used for 0-transaction addresses [looks like blockchaindotcom because of "unknown(unknown)" bug in the format].
The address that you've pasted hadn't received nor sent any bitcoins.

For the wallets:
Your 'bc1' wallet is most likely created when you've launched Electum the first time since the first wallet generation looks like an install window.
So focus on the "old wallet" because it's impossible for an old wallet from 2014 to be native SegWit.
