I could make it, but we would need a set of rules upon which the game should be play. I cannot copy/paste Hearthstone rules cuz I would get my ass sued.
There is also an issue of copyright from other blockchain companies and people. I would need their permission to use their names in a card game.

But if enough people are interested in this game, we might do something cool.
