The Altcoins you mentioned are all very good and potential. So how much you buy depends on your financial ability. I think this time to buy Altcoins is reasonable. I bought them.

Buying altcoins are good decision but when you are buying a coin that doesn't seem to have a bright future and that would be a disaster for your money.
Keep in your mind if you will always need to analyze the coin before try to buy that. XRP is not acceptable to be used as suitable investment for the long term. The rest could be fine but it's not for ripple.
LINK will be taking the ripple's position soon. It's better to add more into the legit coins and forget XRP.
