I find some of the high-risk exchanges on your list, for example, p2pb2b, sistemkoin etc... All of them had a 3.7-3.8 user rating, which may sound tolerable to a beginner. can ignore the many problems they have and the difficulties in working with them. I guess you don’t want to be an intermediary in their dubious business.

When you have cast your vote, if you try doing a hard refresh, does the vote not show then? If it does not show, there's something wrong which we will definitely need to fix ASAP.

The voting system is also designed to block multiple votes from the same person. Finally, if we would see that - within a short period of time - a certain exchange receives a lot of 5-star ratings and the other exchanges receive a lot of 1-star ratings - we will examine this more closely and we can roll back votes that are cast as a try to abuse the system.
