There were no evidentiary hearings, all the cases were booted out before any evidentiary stages on various grounds, "no standing", "not our jurisdiction", etc, etc ... basically the courts have punted on getting involved ... dyor.
They weren't because there was no basis/ no legal standing. Meaning you have no case, don't waste court's time. Or do you have other ideas why republican leaning supreme court with conservative leaning justices 3 of which were appointed by Trump? Shit and looks like "they" got to Pence too, and now to Mitch McConnell as well? Seems like once people are pigeon holed into picking sides, majority go into "us vs. them" friend-or-foe mode, where their abilities at critical thinking go out the window.
