I read Welsh's reply and wanted to comment. I've been involved in a number of youtube productions that moved to a private streaming service I've mentioned before. You don't need to compete with YouTube - you just need to provide better content for specific subjects.

To make a streaming site you should first find a few dozen popular content creators that make the type of videos you want to concentrate on, and then come forward here looking for crypto help. Unless you plan on financing all the initial content yourself, then I apologize.
