If you're referring of purchasing crypto with fiat sa binance, need at required mo dumaan sa kyc nila, kaya need mo din maging kyc verified sa p2p kase you're dealing with fiat and crypto transactions. Based on experience yung pag purchase ko ng crypto as an unverified user nung December 2020 kaya nga masasabi ko na pwede makabili ang isang unverified user ng crypto using their credit card or debit card.
