Contact exchange support for help. If the amount is not too big, forget it.

Most of the time exchanges will not allow you to get back your token because that was a mistake at the first place and you should know first if the exchanges are accepting that kind of transactions. I also suggest to move on if that is just a small amount of money, but if its big try to fight for it but never expect too much.
