If it was airdrop that made so many of Pie token holders, it would mean that the funds allocated to marketing are over. On those over 70k addresses there is definitely more than 188k Pie token. I think it can be explained somehow..
Even if you're right, bounty campaign is still a good idea. Without this, the project will not be popular enough to provide a token volume and keep the token price rising.
