A bit of advice and another feedback for Chips

Today decide to deposit using altcoin (USDT) with the TRX chain and the deposit still not coming yet on the account for more than 20 minutes with confirmation by 200 blocks. IDK how much the time for the website scanned the transaction, but to be honest I think you should scan every transaction to be entered on the balance account with under maybe 1 minute when the balance already in on the wallet with so many confirmations.

I mean, waiting for the balance coming to the account with more than 20 minutes when the transaction already got confirmation 200 blocks was not really good. Just want to put my 2 cent, because I was playing on other casinos they only need under 1 minute when the transaction already reach minimum confirmation deposit.
