Coinbase is the best exchange.
Almost everyone said that changelly is a scam exchange.
Bittrex last year could not have a bitlicence in newyork.
Binance needs transparency , noone know where this exchange is realy based .
^ CEX!! I don't trust a single one. DEX is still the best crypto exchange I think. My trust in CEX has waned since the high number of hacking cases on their platforms.
Many DEXs currently have real liquidity and are not manipulated like most CEX. DEX is still the best in my opinion and irreplaceable.
Depends on which dex, there might be some exploit aswell within dex system we don't know for sure. CEX isn't that bad, maybe it's centralized and only good for exchange money but not for saving money long term but if you ever try to use CEX and intent to keep your money there for a long time, be sure to choose the one with guaranteed reimbursement when hacking occurs. You can still work it out to make using cex secure and safe as possible.
