however, on the blockchain.info block explorer the fees are given sat/B while the website lists the fees in sat/vB. can these be compared one to one or is there some conversion between those two units?
You can see the fee paid in sat/vbytes in blockchair. Click here to see your transaction in blockchair.

If you use segwit addresses (addresses that start with 3 or bc1) as inputs of your transaction, the fee paid in sat/vbyte would be higher than the fee paid sat/byte.
Since transactions are prioritized based on the fee paid in sat/vbyte, you can pay a lower fee if you use segwit addresses.

As your transaction has been made from a legacy address (an address starting with 1), there is no difference between the fee paid in sat/byte and the fee paid in sat/vbyte.
